Location

My private practice is located on Pretoria Road in central Cambridge. I also work at Cambridge Counselling Service, based on Mercers Row, off Newmarket Road, Cambridge.  There is pay and display parking on Hamilton Road near to Pretoria Road, and free parking on Mercers Row.

I work predominantly face to face with clients, however, I also offer online sessions where meeting in person is not possible.  How we work together may change as our circumstances evolve.

Sessions

Counselling and Psychotherapy sessions typically last 55 mins, with the aim of meeting weekly, ideally at the same time. I offer both short and long-term work, and build in regular reviews to make sure that our work together is continuing to support you.

Coaching sessions typically last 1.5 hrs, with the aim of meeting monthly.

Fees

Fees for counselling and psychotherapy are payable either in advance or on the day of your session.  For up-to-date fees for counselling and psychotherapy, please contact me.

My coaching fees will depend on whether you are self-funding or you are funded by your organisation.  I would like to speak with you and understand your context, your situation and what you are looking for.  I will then propose a price for coaching.

I have a limited number of discounted rates available for those in genuine need – please ask when you contact me.
